Confirm that the iPhone runs iOS 18 or later.
Keep enough free storage for the source video and rendered output.
For automatic transcription, download a supported on-device speech language in iOS.
Keep Shorts Studio in the foreground during long analysis or export operations.

Email support@shortsstudioapp.com and include the iPhone model, iOS version, source codec, approximate video duration, and the step that failed.

Do not attach private source videos unless explicitly requested.
